My initial enquiry was handled by Patrick Renn and his customer service and explanation of what to do and when was excellent. He was very responsive and dealt with any queries in a timely and professional manner.
Purie was absolutely fantastic - very clear, personable and efficient. She answered my questions via email in person and made the whole experience seamless.
I initially spoke with Scott who was extremely helpful and explained all that I needed to know.

Initial enquiry was easy - it was made online. Someone from the office called me soon after to further discuss and answer any questions. I was then offered to come in to visit the units and facility.
