I did it all remotely from France. I liked Big Yellow Connecting me to a mover company who could pack and move my items to the storage and I liked as well big yellow who guided me all along the registration process by phone . Scott from Big yellow supported me each time needed to make it very quick . He was very nice and his explanation ms very clear.
