The initial inquiry was fine, however following putting my things in the unit I was confronted with large numbers of unexpected charges and Andes up paying more than double what was quoted.

I looked at various storage propositions but process and costs at Big Yellow seemed like the best option for what I needed (just a couple of weeks).
