Unfortunately we have had to book and cancel a few times before we then needed to go ahead. Actually this has been over a year or so. Every staff member at this store has always explained everything so well and with patience and genuine customer service in mind. All made very easy with their information and readiness to be helpful and understanding.

I found it super easy to deal with the process, and the person that was helping me did everything that he could to make sure that I got the best, cheapest and easiest offer for the amount of stuff that I had.

Excellent service! Initial account set up was done with Patrick and yesterday, we were assisted by Purie, who could not have done more to help us. She was friendly and extremely helpful and considering we had never used any storage facility, made the whole experience extremely easy and stress free. Could you please attach a note to her file, as we highly compliment her service. Both Patrick and Puri are valued members of your team. We will highly recommend Big Yellow Fulham.

Everything was great. Christian, who took care of me, was very pleasant and, even though there were some internal network issues, the whole process was smooth and pleasant.

It was all very easy, I had good quotes, a follow up call and an extremely helpful sales assistant. Purie provided an even better quote over the phone, based on my circumstances, And she answered all my questions, which made me decide what was best for me. I had contacted a couple of reputable storage companies in London before Big Yellow. Unfortunately, the rates were prohibitive and the customer service rather unhelpful.

I cannot praise the Fulham team enough. They are always so helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them.
