I had a very good experience from the initial phone inquiry about storage space , i got return call from the manager Patrick who reserved a unit for me The paperwork work and the access to storage all done within 10 mn I was well Impressed

Excellent communication and service

My check in was handled by Paula Cooksey - and she and her colleague made the whole experience very straight forward and reduced my stress significantly. It was an extremely busy morning at the storage centre and they assisted my movers and I very efficiently and helpfully.

PAULA, PATRICK AND PURIE AT FULHAM STORE WERE ALL VERY HELPFUL. Pure is the lady who helped me with singing up and getting into storage - She was kind and accommodating and very clear about how everything works.

Cant find fault - explained what we needed and after some questions a unit was suggested. I visited the site and changed the unit to make it easier to access and again this was done without any drama.
