Everything from start to finish was handled well. The only improvement advice would be that the insurance agreement took a while too long in store given that there was plenty of notice.

Very quick and simple process from quotation to booking, including a number of amendments. Booking in was simple and the overall experience could not not have been easier.

My initial enquiry was handled by Scott Hierons at the Fulham branch who was very helpful and provided all the information I required in a professional and efficient manner. He made the process easy which persuaded me to go ahead immediately.
