I came in last week to open a wine storage account. I actually arrived just before closing time. Lydica Fiondella really went out of her way to open the account despite it being closing time. I really needed to open the account as soon as possible and couldn't make it any other day. I hugely appreciate her effort. She also showed me around and showed me how to get in / out. Truly, thank you very much! I came in to use the storage on Sunday 18th. The instructions were very simple, I had no problems getting in or out. Everything is great. Thank you all very much!

Had a good experience on the day of checking in. Also got the help I needed, and an easy website to navigate. Worth the prices, but is obviously not the cheapest storage company in London.

Lydia, was very good and patient at explaining how it all works, so that I was left in doubt what to do. Everything was spotless, very professional.

The man who was helping me was extremely helpful and lovely. I would have liked to have known I needed to bring my own padlock because I was forced to buy a £13 lock on the day.

Very friendly staff, facilities are great. Simple checking in process. The online check in helps with organisation ahead of arrival.
