When I visited Big yellow store yesterday the lady in customer service her name ( Purie Reece) was really very helpful& very friendly, she explained everything to me in details and answered all my questions, she showed me the storage room and when I told her the room is a bit room she said that I can take bigger for a little bit extra per week and she showed me the room and was a good size.

Purie Reece was absolutely amazing. I was very stressed because I was late, I arrived almost at closing time and she took care of me with kindness. It made a real difference to my day.

EASY, SIMPLE, FAST and GOOD VALUE The whole process to hire a room, buy packing materials etc took less than half an hour, and I was able to select the exact room I wanted and to move in immediately without having pre-reserved anything

A little confused with the information from the young staff. they did look properly my documents. everything was completed at the store and on the net.but did not ck > Lost of time cost telephone and lost of efficiency.
