overall experience was straight forward and welcoming. considering my first time using storage, i can hardly fault the experience and Bradley was a great help.

Generally a good experience, although some of the administrative side of things still seemed to take a while despite doing online check-in in advance.

The whole process was simple. Even the more complicated issues such as wine insurance were well handled. I was very impressed by how easy it was to check in and how pleasant the people were who one dealt with. Lydia was a real star and deserves a huge amount of the credit.

The whole operation took much longer than anticipated - lots of paper work and had to wait for trollies to become available. Better signage to the rooms would be appreciated. Staff were helpful.

Exceptionally clean and everything one needs. Your colleague i dealt with was unbelievable efficient, knew the business and helped me as much as he could. great experience overall.

very kind staff and feel safe about my belongings. Also, the price was one of the lowest in the area.

Very helpful & friendly staff. I like the extra services such is delivery & collection of parcels. Property was modern & clean too.
