When I visited Big yellow store yesterday the lady in customer service her name ( Purie Reece) was really very helpful& very friendly, she explained everything to me in details and answered all my questions, she showed me the storage room and when I told her the room is a bit room she said that I can take bigger for a little bit extra per week and she showed me the room and was a good size.

Really good service from Scott. Easy to use set up.

Purie Reece was absolutely amazing. I was very stressed because I was late, I arrived almost at closing time and she took care of me with kindness. It made a real difference to my day.

Bradley, was extremely helpful and accommodating with both the check-in and also finding the right unit for storing my possessions. Thank you very much!
