It was very easy to set up, and the guys were very helpful when I went to drop off my stuff. Also, they actually tried to save me money by getting me into a smaller unit and finding the best offer for me. So that was really nice.
The chap who looked after me was great... Very clear and efficient. It was Dean from the Fulham store. When he realised I was storing some wine he suggested a better option.
