Comparable to the auntie of banking First Direct, it's no surprise that Big Yellow was recently voted on of the best companies to work for. Every process from the moment you walk in is all about simplicity and convenience. The service is second to none and the rates very attractive. It's one of the very few companies where you can tell employees are really proud to work where they do. This of course is reflected in the excellent service the customer receives.

Big Yellow was the best storage I have used in 13 years of moving in and out of flats and storing between moves. Spacious and civilised. Staff always on hand to help and answer questions. Also clean loos! such a change from the other places. Not to mention the spacious parking. An enjoyable experience and will most likely have to repeat it soon.

we used big yellow inbetween house moves and found the service fantastic. The store in Fulham is clean and new, and the staff super helpful. Slight delay in getting lifts to work quickly but everything else couldn't have been easier. We would definitely recommend as a service for friends, particuarly due to the way the staff made everything as simple as possible for us, right from reserving a space, to loading and paying.

I would like to say how nice your staff are and that the access is good,the location is good, but I do not like the fact you are not open long hours at the week-end, this is the time when most people lincluding myself like to go to check things or take things to the storage. I think you could be more helpful in this aspect.

The staff at Fulham were extremely knowledgable, helpful and friendly and guided me through the process very efficiently, providing decent advice. Very secure and the out of hours access is a great add on. If you're thinking twice about using Big Yellow, stop - If your experience was as good as mine you won't regret choosing them.

I was very happy to find out that I could downgrade the space I needed when I had lesser requirements for storage, which Big Yellow let you do without charging you extra or asking you for any notice. It can be done on the spot, and they go the extra mile to satisfy your requirements, i.e. a space that is easy to access, close to the one you had previously secured etc..If one needs to upgrad eor downgrade the storage capacity it is a simple and friendly matter with Big Yellow.

The Big Yellow is certainly convenient and the staff are helpful and the place is spotlessly clean. However, for the money (and it is expensive) I would expect lighting within the storage units and often find it difficult scrabbling around to find things relying on lighting from the corridors. I also think long term users should be offered loyalty discounts. I don't think you should have to pay extra for out-of-hours access either.

This is a great access to Fulham and would no5t hestitae to use it again.
