I cannot fault my Big Yellow experience however, I knew exactly the length of time I would need the space for. It would have been useful to not have had to still give a week's notice of termination seen as I knew when I'd definitely be out. It was a busy time for me and I forgot to notify until 5 days before, so was charged for two days I didn't need.

This was the first time I've had to use a storage facility and Big Yellow have made the process as easy as it can be. Really helpful staff, good security. Very good service.

Was on a tight schedule during my move in date, but staff were really efficient to make sure everything was done quickly and well.

I became aware of Big Yellow when a company I worked for decided to use the Fulham facility to store some items. Then, when it came time for us to move house, and we needed to 'de-clutter', your storage units automatically sprang to mind. We then had the rug pulled out from under us on the house we were buying, so have decided to upgrade the size of our unit (to 150 sq ft) enabling us to store the entire contents of our house until we can find a new one to move into.

I use the Big Yellow facility in Fulham for wine and also for domestic items. Both areas are clean, bright and secure. Customer service is excellent, thanks to efficient, knowledgeable staff and friendly, timely communications. I would very strongly recommend Big Yellow to anyone needing short or long-term storage. I especially recommend their wine storage service, which is the only one of its kind in London that I know of.

As soon as we arrived on site at the Fulham branch i was overly impressed with how clean and tidy it was but the staff were unbelievably helpful. The customer service was second to none, a standard that no longer exists in the service industry in the UK. Matthew Wicksteed was our contact, he was personable, engaging and incredibly helpful, he even advised me on the wine tasting sessions you run whilst filling out all the appropriate forms. Overall, an extremely pleasant Friday afternoon spent at your Fulham Branch - if you can believe it!
