I use the Big Yellow facility in Fulham for wine and also for domestic items. Both areas are clean, bright and secure. Customer service is excellent, thanks to efficient, knowledgeable staff and friendly, timely communications. I would very strongly recommend Big Yellow to anyone needing short or long-term storage. I especially recommend their wine storage service, which is the only one of its kind in London that I know of.

I became aware of Big Yellow when a company I worked for decided to use the Fulham facility to store some items. Then, when it came time for us to move house, and we needed to 'de-clutter', your storage units automatically sprang to mind. We then had the rug pulled out from under us on the house we were buying, so have decided to upgrade the size of our unit (to 150 sq ft) enabling us to store the entire contents of our house until we can find a new one to move into.

As soon as we arrived on site at the Fulham branch i was overly impressed with how clean and tidy it was but the staff were unbelievably helpful. The customer service was second to none, a standard that no longer exists in the service industry in the UK. Matthew Wicksteed was our contact, he was personable, engaging and incredibly helpful, he even advised me on the wine tasting sessions you run whilst filling out all the appropriate forms. Overall, an extremely pleasant Friday afternoon spent at your Fulham Branch - if you can believe it!

From the time I contacted the Big Yellow staff at Fulham, I couldnt have asked for more. Very friendly and helpful, explained everything clearly. Very clean storage units, and very secure, would not use another storage facility. Very Happy Customer!

Like the convenience of long access hours, storage is good and secure

The Big Yellow made my home renovations easier than thought and that's why I call them the Big Easy. We were able to store out household items for a short period of time, without being stung. The staff were super friendly and the environment stress-free and most importantly very clean. I have recommended the storage company to friends and will be returning as soon as the opportunity permits.

I was pleasantly surprised by the efficency of your storage facilites. I found the trolleys easy to use. The staff are so friendly and knowledgabkle even the security staff after hours are happy to help. I just think your general opening hours should be longer for people to get to after work.
