From the time I contacted the Big Yellow staff at Fulham, I couldnt have asked for more. Very friendly and helpful, explained everything clearly. Very clean storage units, and very secure, would not use another storage facility. Very Happy Customer!

The Big Yellow made my home renovations easier than thought and that's why I call them the Big Easy. We were able to store out household items for a short period of time, without being stung. The staff were super friendly and the environment stress-free and most importantly very clean. I have recommended the storage company to friends and will be returning as soon as the opportunity permits.
Like the convenience of long access hours, storage is good and secure
I was pleasantly surprised by the efficency of your storage facilites. I found the trolleys easy to use. The staff are so friendly and knowledgabkle even the security staff after hours are happy to help. I just think your general opening hours should be longer for people to get to after work.
I hadn't used the big yellow before so didn't really know what to expect but from the very beginning it all exceeded my expectations. The website had different images to help convey the size of the room, after getting my quote when I rang for more information the guy was very useful giving me lots of tips on how to make checking in easy, and let me know that they could reserve both a smaller and larger room just in case I hadn't predicted the right amount of space. Then on the day of moving I had a phone call confirming everything I needed to do. On arriving a very friendly lady greeted us and neatly put all the paper work together and provided me with my own choice of padlocks and gave me a tour to my room. It was the perfect size and we were allowed to move our car to make unloading easy. I couldn't really find any problems - just a very smooth, easy process!
Just what I needed when I had to move flat and not a lot of time and energy to move everything all at once. I knew exactly what space I wanted and did get it on the day. Brilliant.

The process of registering was very straightforward - I had to make a number of trips to take items into storage and it was always very easy to load up on the trolleys and get to the storage space.
Second time of using Big Yellow and staff continue to be friendly and very helpful. Storage space is clean and access is extremely very user friendly. Would definitely recommend to others looking for safe, secure storage in a clean environment.
