We visited the site before registering on line. The sales assistant gave us all the info we needed and took a deposit. I registered the next day and when I arrived on site the salesman remembered me. He was very helpful. The whole process was very professional and stress free. I would definitely recommend the big yellow storage.

PROCESS FAR TOO COMPLICATED AND THE LEVEL OF SERVICE FROM HEAD OFFICE IS AWFUL. REALLY UNSUPPORTITVE AND UN TIMELY THE TEAM AT THE UNIT WERE AMAZING

The moving in process flowed nicely, there were no hiccups.

Alfie was brilliant. He was hugely helpful with every aspect of dealing with 6 tonnes of books and setting up the account.

Fulham Big Yellow Storage couldn't have been easier! The staff were so helpful and clear with the costs, instructions etc. My belongings have been very happy in their little storage unit!

Customer service at reception and by phone was very polite and professional. My service at the store was very straight forward and dealt with all my questions and contract at ease. I found the locker areas clean easy to use and knowing my goods are safe. Very happy to use this service again and will definately tell all my family and friends where to store there goods.
