Great customer service beginning to end!

As a returning customer myself, I have already recommended Armadillo to my mother - the service at Felling has always been outstanding. The team are always keen to help and do so with a smile.

As a first time at storing, you were very helpful with good explanation about the procedure.

I used the online tool to look at prices, and appreciated the follow up call the next day to discuss more about my circumstances for needing the storage space. I feel that the “reserving” a space is a little confusing, as I thought it would reserve an actual room as opposed to just reserving a position in the waiting list. The team were fantastic though in trying to find a suitable solution and I really appreciate the lengths they went to when finding me a storage space.

From the minute I rang up to enquire they were so helpful efficient and friendly I would truly recommend to anyone wanting to use in the future.

The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful, everything was explained well a d the whole process was smooth a d stress free,we will definitely use these units in the future and will recommend them to family and friends.
