I was looking at a different storage place via google reviews, and the reviews on there brought me to Armadillo, and I must say, the 5 star service that was talked about on google is NOT A MYTH !! And No, I am not some one sat at a pc paid to do this review, am a 40yr old housewife with a budget that is inbetween 2 homes and needed the old house emptied so I can decorate it up, sell it and move. There was absolutely no hard sell, Ben worked some figures out and I got a room within budget, which I have now changed into a bigger room, yes I've had to pay more, but ***** worth it, the deal he struck was a corker. Have then spoken to John, another great friendly guy, 2 nice lads feel like am talking to mates. So helpful, will definately recommend to all. And to top it all off, I feel like my stuff is safe and secure. Hubby dropped off first batch of items last weekend, there is lifts and trolly's available to use, they have made the process so easy! The ONLY lie I have told in this review is sadly ... my age.

Very proffesional on initial call to me. Helped me decide what size lockup I needed, so what I got was right for my needs. Once at Gateshead office, process was painless and I had no need to ask any questions as I was told everything I needed from the start. Again very professional and informative. I felt at ease.

John I believe is the manager was exceptional. He took the stress out of a stressful situation of needing to break the chain in a house purchase. Top service

Having not moved for many years, it was a daunting thought having to find storage for all of my belongings. However, after the first conversation I had with John, I was very quickly reassured that nothing was a problem, and anything could be arranged. He explained everything very carefully, and followed up with email confirmation. It was all very well organised.
