Madeleine was very helpful, gave me all the information I needed and helped me get the right unit. She was very friendly and helped explain everything I needed to know on moving stuff into the unit.

This move has had specific and traumatising events connected with it and Ben spoke gently and slowly, explaining everything as many times as I needed. Shock and trauma having such a detrimental on ones brain! His manner and description of the business assured me that what I needed was possible and straightforward. He was also clear about pricing.
