Very proffesional on initial call to me. Helped me decide what size lockup I needed, so what I got was right for my needs. Once at Gateshead office, process was painless and I had no need to ask any questions as I was told everything I needed from the start. Again very professional and informative. I felt at ease.

Having not moved for many years, it was a daunting thought having to find storage for all of my belongings. However, after the first conversation I had with John, I was very quickly reassured that nothing was a problem, and anything could be arranged. He explained everything very carefully, and followed up with email confirmation. It was all very well organised.
I was going to use Safestore as they were a lot cheaper, but thought their website didn't make it obvious that insurance was mandatory and it seemed like an option. The armadillo website was clear on this and I was pleased that Ben was able to get permission to match the price. I also liked the fact the email allowed you to easily unsubscribe from the sales calls and emails. Ben helped guide me through the process before my moving in date. Madelyne was extremely helpful on the day and made the move go really smooth.
Madeleine was very helpful, gave me all the information I needed and helped me get the right unit. She was very friendly and helped explain everything I needed to know on moving stuff into the unit.
