I was going to use Safestore as they were a lot cheaper, but thought their website didn't make it obvious that insurance was mandatory and it seemed like an option. The armadillo website was clear on this and I was pleased that Ben was able to get permission to match the price. I also liked the fact the email allowed you to easily unsubscribe from the sales calls and emails. Ben helped guide me through the process before my moving in date. Madelyne was extremely helpful on the day and made the move go really smooth.

Very quick and easy process

Madeleine was very helpful, gave me all the information I needed and helped me get the right unit. She was very friendly and helped explain everything I needed to know on moving stuff into the unit.

All the staff at the gateshead branch couldn't have been more friendly and helpful with what has been a really stressful couple of months for me and my wife.

Great customer service. I provided a list of items and Madelyne advised on the size of unit required and other matters. I made several phone for further advice. John and Ben were also helpful. All staff were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. The completion of the electronic documentation went smoothly. Highly recommended.
