I spoke with Ben initially, and he and others in the team tried to make sure it was always he and I who worked together while introducing themselves so I could start to have a working relationship with them, too. This move has had specific and traumatising events connected with it and Ben spoke gently and slowly, explaining everything as many times as I needed. Shock and trauma having such a detrimental on ones brain! His manner and description of the business assured me that what I needed was possible and straightforward. He was also clear about pricing.

John was fantastic in letting me know all i needed so that the move day was very easy. Thank you!
