The team at Gateshead have bee a pleasure to deal with so far - Ben was proactive in following up my online quote but I didn’t feel like I was being pressured.

Everything explained clearly and concisely. Shown around units to help visualise the unit size required. Staff very friendly and professional.

My husband and I live in Cyprus but often return to stay with our son in Newcastle. Having being badly let down by a company in Cyprus, it was necessary to quickly oganise storage for a consignment of our personal items. We visited your store and were given so much help and advise byJohn.....in such a friendly and relaxed way. After returning to Cyprus our son Lee took over responsibility for our storage. Again there was a problem with our consignment yesterday ( by the company in Cyprus) but thanks to the excellent help by Ben everything was resolve. My son commented how helpful and pleasant he had been. We are very satisfied with the service given by the staff of the Gateshead storage facility.
