Excellent very friendly, helped us find a unit on the ground floor to accommodate a large server rack that would not fit in the elevator without dismantling

Handled beautifully, made the wrong choice of unit ,but was immediately relocated to better choice and all done with a laugh and good humour. Fantastic

Information was helpful and concise. No sales patter, just the information I required and then it was up to me to decide what to do. Very helpful staff who talked me through the whole process with expert advice. They even recommended a removal company to transport all of my items down to the storage unit. Fantastic customer service!
