Really easy at every step. John was great, not pushy and really helpful.

The staff are great. They explain everything very clearly and never make you feel pressured into doing something you don't want to do. They are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely use these again and recommend them to all my friends and family. They also offer a great price on everything from the storage room to the equipment you need

The staff were very helpful and friendly and explained everything clearly.

All staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Managed to find the space I wanted in minutes. However I saw little to no mention of insurance costs online/over the phone before I booked into the space.
