The staff were very helpful and friendly and explained everything clearly.

All staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Managed to find the space I wanted in minutes. However I saw little to no mention of insurance costs online/over the phone before I booked into the space.

The process was easy from start to finish, thank you so much to the lovely staff at armadillo Gateshead.

I was my daughters representative as she was moving from London. Ben who I spoke to knew immediately that I was Stephanie’s mother and he explained everything in conjunction with Stephanie’s request. I was made to feel completely at ease. He talked me through every step and also phoned me to say that the work had been completed. He ensured that every aspect was covered.
