Madelyne, the receptionist, administrator and guide was pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. All aspects of renting space was fully explained including costs and related terms and conditions. With this being my first experience of renting space, Madelyne was patient in answering my many questions. Nothing was a bother to explain fully. Very convenient place if you need to storage items of all sizes. Plenty of space to load and unload with large trolleys / lifts making it effortless to move items.
