Super helpful with the whole process. They helped me get a removals van which was a massive weight off my shoulders as I am 7 months pregnant, moving house and planning a wedding. They were generous with their time, advice and made sure I had everything I needed prior to and whilst I was at the storage unit.

We were greeted by a very helpful member of staff who showed us the space we booked and talked us through everything.
I arrived at the store really stressed because I had a lot to move on my own and being a Saturday it was really busy. One of the team came out to ask if I needed any help and was fantastic at calming me and reassuring me by showing me how to get to my storage unit and how to enter my code and when I needed to enter it. Then he helped me to find a trolley to use. Great service.

Easy, but very secure access to storage units. Incredibly helpful staff with an immediate response to issues and a “we can sort that for you, right now.” attitude. Customer access to toilet for those of us in the SafeStore all day. Free coffee, made with a smile, upon request.
