When I turned up I was unsure that I’d booked adequate space. Neil at the Gloucester branch, took the time to show me a few rooms before looking inside my hire van (at my request) to confirm I’d need a bigger room, which he then sorted out straight away. He was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. Taking the time to deal with every customer thoroughly whilst also acknowledging those who arrived part way through the process. I also spoke with his Colleague Mo on the phone the day before I checked in and he was equally as helpful, answering all the last minute queries I had. They’re both an asset in my opinion.

Helpful and flexible on the morning the goods arrived. i changed units and the staff helped me choose.

Everything from getting online quote through first follow up phone call from Terry and onto the patience and clarity he showed in our first introduction visit.

Terry was very helpful on phone and in person when I visited to view sizes. He then sorted me out very quickly with paperwork and code so I could get going on same day, within an hour of arrival.

Really helpful and friendly. Very understanding. Mo also makes a great cup of tea!!!

Super helpful with the whole process. They helped me get a removals van which was a massive weight off my shoulders as I am 7 months pregnant, moving house and planning a wedding. They were generous with their time, advice and made sure I had everything I needed prior to and whilst I was at the storage unit.

We were greeted by a very helpful member of staff who showed us the space we booked and talked us through everything.

I arrived at the store really stressed because I had a lot to move on my own and being a Saturday it was really busy. One of the team came out to ask if I needed any help and was fantastic at calming me and reassuring me by showing me how to get to my storage unit and how to enter my code and when I needed to enter it. Then he helped me to find a trolley to use. Great service.
