Customer service was excellent, friendly, helpful, and very competent

From the very start they made me feel welcome and explained everything in detail as how big yellow work ed and what was required from me , even to the size of units as the one I thought would be big enough was not and they proceeded to take me to 3 other units with no trouble at all.. the staff were every warm and welcoming and nothing was to much trouble. Very pleased with the way they worked even to offering a coffee lol x

Communicated well after the initial quote without being pushy. Each stage of registering was straight forward. A friendly welcome on the day of moving in and no problem with looking for a more suitable storage room and everything explained well.
