Customer relations and ease of hiring.

Excellent customer service. Marie was so helpful at a stressful time and Mo was lovely. I was going to use another company but I didn't like there attitude and everyone at Big yellow was really reassuring and seemed very experienced and helpful. The set up is simple and very customer friendly.

Everything. From the initial contact through to all the arrangements etc.

Storage price is very easy to estimate on the website. The room could be reserved straight away. I like that the moving in process can be completed online and then there is not much else left to do in person on the day of moving in. The reception lady was very friendly, made sure we saw the storage room and were happy with its location before we signed the final contract.
