The receptionist Moe is an amazing asset to the team. Since my online check in didn't work he walked passed me through everything. Lovely person and brilliant customer service!

From initial enquiry to arriving after the removal company yesterday I found the staff in the Gloucester branch helpful and friendly and approachable. Also pro active in contacting day before the "move in" to tell me space available and did I know how to deal with matters on the day.

Prompt response by telephone to initial enquiry with competitive price options. Very flexible arrangements at the Gloucester site with respect to unit choice. The Gloucester site oozed cleanliness and security with very efficient reception staffing.

Excellent. Polite. Accommodating. One tiny glitch, the mandatory video embedded in the online checkin did not work. This was handled with speed at the manual checkin
