In store team including Marie, Mo and Neil couldn’t be faulted. Had a bit of trouble logging in to the check in system however this was sorted by Marie and the IT team

Overall experience was great, I wasn't advised that I would need to pay so much in advance but thats ok

The initial enquiry was with Mo who was very helpful. I struggled with booking in online and had some banter with Neil as he had told me it was easy! All in all a very good experience, with friendly and helpful staff.
