My brother made the enquiry for me as he already had an account set up, but he was able to make the request and get a storage unit set up for me in a matter of hours which was really helpful as I needed to move out of my flat quickly. The process was then really straight forward once I arrived to collect the keys and move in, the service was great and everything was explained really clearly.
