My brother made the enquiry for me as he already had an account set up, but he was able to make the request and get a storage unit set up for me in a matter of hours which was really helpful as I needed to move out of my flat quickly. The process was then really straight forward once I arrived to collect the keys and move in, the service was great and everything was explained really clearly.

People on the phone were extremely helpful

My initial experience was full of politeness in a phone call and then a visit which also included a tour of various different sizes of storage units. Both ladies were courteous particularly Lindsey.
