Received a straight forward quote, followed up by a friendly helpful phone call. Needed to make a couple of changes so I called back and it was handled easily. In store staff were very friendly and helpful, including setting up my padlock for me as I wasn’t sure how to.

Lindsay was amazing!! She rang me after I enquired online and was so helpful. It wasn’t any trouble for her to show us another room after we decided we originally chose too small, she explained how it operated and all of the paperwork and walked us through every step so we knew for sure what everything was. Her customer service was well above average and was a pleasure to deal with!
I originally spoke with John the manager over the phone, he was very helpful and explained the process to and the costs included so I decided to go ahead and he reserved the room for me. When I went in to the reception I dealt with Lindsay who again was very helpful and friendly. Made the whole process easy and if anyone needs advice on storage I would definitely recommend this company

John handled my booking and it was a great experience throughout as renting some storage space has the real potential to be crushingly dull and painful. John went through all the paperwork and showed my various options to suit my needs.

Really easy to set up the staff (Marie, John and Lyndsey) was absolutely amazing. made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in offering teas and sorting a unit for with in the next day.
