Very well. Helpful explained clearly the process and showed me what they thought would be the necessary size room needed for storing my household prior to moving. Showed me the next size up on request . Went through the health and safety procedures clearly.

My initial enquiry was handled really well. I went online for a quote and the Gloucester branch called me shortly afterwards. I asked them not to call again and said that I would book online when I was ready, but then when I booked online I messed up and ended up booking at the wrong site, Cheltenham. The Cheltenham and Gloucester staff could not have been more helpful in sorting out my error and getting my booking transferred to Gloucester.

This is my first time using any kind of self-storage facility. I was incredibly surprised by how easy it was made by the excellent staff there - thank you so much to Cameron & John. They showed me around & answered all of my questions. I am deaf, and I was so very pleased to see how Cameron dealt with this - in every case, he turned towards me to speak so that I could read his lips. He did not shout at me or speak as though I was stupid (you'd be surprised how often this happens) - he did not need reminding to speak towards me. Thank you again - they made it an easy & pleasant experience.
