I got a quote online and Mo from Gloucester phoned and left a message letting me know I could get in touch if I had any questions. I phoned a few days later and had a very informative conversation resulting in my reserving a storage unit. Mo suggested I pop in and have a look when convenient to make sure the storage unit met my needs so I called in yesterday. Both Mo and his colleague Marie were really friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and Mo showed me the unit and explained how everything works. I booked the unit and started moving things in today. Really friendly efficient staff - I will recommend Big Yellow storage to my friends and family.

An excellent service from the first call on, particular thanks to John and Marie who bent over backwards to help us.

John at the Gloucester branch was very accommodating and very flexible with our situation, staying behind after closing to make sure we got our storage locker and made everything stress free.
