I wasn't informed to set alarm on the way out Had to ask for dust sheets Lifts very slow should be more than 2 lifts

I found big yellow storage raft to deal with

I have used big yellow intermittently over the past few years. The team always make it so easy thanks John, Lindsay and Marie!

The experience from the day requested a quote online to the time I walked through the front door was amazing. Friendly atmosphere, John, Lindsay and Marie were looking after me making sure the storage facilities meet my needs. Lindsay showed me the room which I thought would be ok but it turned out that this was too small so I was able to see room size up from the one I was viewing. Very professional from the first chat over the phone to the contract signing. Experience is really good and I am so happy I have chosen Big Yellow as my storage facility. Very well protected, cameras everywhere which make sit feel very safe too. Great job!
