This is our second use of big yellow. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and the facilities are fantastic. It's reassuring to know our personal items are safe during a house move-one less thing to worry about!

Friendly people who communicated everything very clearly. Asked what I wanted and explained options without trying to sell me something I did not want. Facility is excellent; I can get access easily with my security code so I am confident my storage will be safe, dry and ready when I want to remove it. I am using Gloucester branch and met with John & Terry both professional in their work and nice chaps too!

Staff very helpful and informative. Went out their way to make us feel welcome. Dealt with Terry mostly who was fantastic but John the manager and the woman also working were great too and stopped to chat to us.
