Very informative,every detail of your service explained and l feel your company ,give me as a Customer , "security and peace of mind with my goods stored at your facility." John and Gavin showed me the units and l found the tour helpful and your premises clean and Strait forward to use.All areas were clean bright and airy,i.e. The lifts ,corridors and the stoage units of different sizes,all had the same high standard of cleanliness.

we have used yellow storage last year and again this year and found it very perfect for what we need. the assistant was very friendly and professional and made us welcome.

Friendly people who communicated everything very clearly. Asked what I wanted and explained options without trying to sell me something I did not want. Facility is excellent; I can get access easily with my security code so I am confident my storage will be safe, dry and ready when I want to remove it. I am using Gloucester branch and met with John & Terry both professional in their work and nice chaps too!
