After visiting the warehouse we were greeted with John he was very professional and looked after us including my disabled partner he also helped showing us different rooms and we changed to bigger also very happy with the deal he gave us also when we moved in Lydia book us in and was very helpful and friendly and polite and very well spoken and told us about the out of hours use so we upgraded we were very happy with the way she delt with us

A very easy process, pleasant and helpful staff, does exactly what it says on the tin. Staff made sure we were well dealt with even though we were running late and it was the end of the working day.

I can't thank John, Lynda and Marie enough - they are a credit to your company. From Reservation to check in and showing me around they were a really impressive team. The facilities are modern and highly secure - it's the team that give me confidence that any queries or problems will be sorted with a minimum of fuss.
