Staff very helpful and informative. Went out their way to make us feel welcome. Dealt with Terry mostly who was fantastic but John the manager and the woman also working were great too and stopped to chat to us.

Staff Marie and John were so friendly and helpful, the room they allocated for me was spot on and very accessible from the lift.

Your man Terry at Gloucester made the whole process easy to understand and to get through registration, despite my having had problems entering details on-line.
