Excellent service from initial web enquiry, telephone call and then booking in. Staff member who did our move in was friendly & helpful. He was also fantastic with our daughter who was getting bored! Our third storage experience and by far the best.
The staff were extremly helpful and totally understood our needs, they took care to explain everything to us making sure we were happy every step of the way throughout the procedure.

Not sure if I have the space size right. I must admit I was very impressed with the facility and how easy it was to register etc. When I rang up, the manager, Neil, was extremely helpful and when we checked in Charlotte was brilliant, very friendly and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble. She is a credit to your organisation - seriously.

Everything would be good if it wasent for the 30 - 45 mins spent filling out forms and talking though all the rules. There must be a much quicker way of doing this it takes so long
