Very good. The store was immaculate, welcoming and the staff excellent.

Very happy with Charlottes' follow up call following reservation and going through process and with Terry on check in, as he was professional. Knew the store and process a bit from previous visits, so was not expecting a bad experience.

Everything was made so simple by the staff without cutting corners, and they have good advice and don't pressure sell, if you need them they are happy to help and don't pressure you into anything. 5 stars!!!

From the moment I walked in for the preliminary meeting to leaving my removal men in their capable hands Billy and Charlotte at the Gloucester depot were professional, supportive and reassuring. So good to see old fashioned values of service applied to a 21st century brand. Well done!!
