Everything would be good if it wasent for the 30 - 45 mins spent filling out forms and talking though all the rules. There must be a much quicker way of doing this it takes so long

I found the staff very friendy and helpful, and everything was explained thoroughly. The store was very clean and bright and I felt it was a safe and secure place to store my goods. It was also convenient to where I live.

I think the biggest drawback is the amount of time registration requires other than that the service is efficient effective and does what it says on the tin.
Big Yellow Saved the Day! What to do with my furniture and household items while my new home was was being refurbished? I only called in for tape but was very impressed by the staff and their knowledge. They showed me around and advised me of size of storage room. All packed safely away until my new house is a home again!
The service I received from everyone at the store was thorough and they were extremly patient. They were so incredibly helpful and made the otherwise traumatic experience of moving items into storage easy. Having been through a very stressful time recently, the staff at Gloucester were brilliant. I couldn't decide what size unit I needed. I didn't even know when I would need it. They were very patient, helpful and above all, friendly.
