We found other storage places to be closed on the Bank Holiday Sunday, you however were open, happy to help and friendly. Our account was opened efficiently and our 100sq ft space clean and sufficient to house our luton and transit full of STUFF. The trolleys and lifts were a god send and within an hour we were DONE. And I'm sure it shall be just as simple to empty it all out when we need it.
Miss Daye was so friendly and helpful. I was quite stressed at the time and arrived just before 6PM. Miss Daye did not hurry me.She took time to go through the procedures and helped me decide how much storage space I would need. She was very knowledgable and explained everything very clearly. On the day I moved my possessions into storage she was kind and welcoming and reassured me that I would be able to access my belongings easily. She was also very thorough regarding the fire procedures. A first class service! Thank you
On visiting the Gloucester Store for the first time I was made to feel welcome.I had a one on one service with no interuptions and a clear and detailed explanation of the services on offer.The facilities are clean and well maintained with good access to the storage areas.On each visit I have received a helpful "no problem, can I help" approach by members of staff. They are clearly a credit to the smooth running of this store.
As expected the quality of facilities was as good as all big yellows. However of particular note was the staff who served me on sunday 18/7/12. Highly competent, friendly and knowledgeable about everything you could hope for, a credit to the company

Excellent service from initial web enquiry, telephone call and then booking in. Staff member who did our move in was friendly & helpful. He was also fantastic with our daughter who was getting bored! Our third storage experience and by far the best.
The staff were extremly helpful and totally understood our needs, they took care to explain everything to us making sure we were happy every step of the way throughout the procedure.
