All is straight forward

Claudia in particular supported us, took the time to explain everything clearly and provide options. Being a large company, the process is more complex, but it was all explained well.

Extremely helpful and patient team. They really helped ease part of the stress of moving home. Very calm atmosphere at the Guildford branch even when busy. I like the idea that can easily access my belongings & its dry, safe, clean & secure.

Claudia from Guildford Central branch was particularly helpful. It was a last minute booking and I was very stressed after being let down by removal company. Caludia was able to talk me through the booking and checking in process remotely and we completed it just in time for men to unload my belongings by 6pm.

So easy to book, friendly, flexible took care of everything. Dion was wonderful!
