Kelly made life so much easier by taking away the stress of moving into storage. It was booked and sorted within seconds in a phone call. On arrival at storage, Kelly showed me round at which point I realised I’d under estimated the storage unit size, no problems though, she upgraded me and couldn’t have been more helpful. Out of all the storage places I contacted, Big Yellow were the most concise and definitely the easiest to deal with.
I was contacted by a very helpful and friendly member of the Guildford Central store. He was very knowledgeable and was able to help me secure the storage room I needed. When I went to move in I was met by the same member of the team who was just as helpful, friendly and polite. He took me through all the necessary paper work and even helped me choose the correct size space I needed. He name was Dion Marshall.
