Easy communication on the phone. However confusion as i asked if price was "all inclusive and only excluding the padlock" and was assured it was, but as it turned out it was not all inclusive and the insurance was in addition to the price agreed. Not all that happy about that but of course cannot speak to anyone who has the history. Also, online check in allows you to progress to "complete" even if the detail of inventory is later determined to be insufficient. the online tool should not allow completion unless the detail is sufficient. This caused a delay and additional stress to me (and your employee as i was annoyed) as had to create the detail list at check-in.

It was extremely easy, I was walked through it and got informed for every little aspect, with nothing left behind and then after it got arranged. I even got called to be recommended a smaller size because it would fit me better.
