It was handled with care (pun intended)! We are very happy with the whole process and the ease of mind with all the paperwork. The member of staff that helped us was named Dion and he was amazing. Dion went out of his way to help us with everything we needed and left us with no problems or unanswered questions. He made the whole process stress free and we will not hesitate to return to the Big Yellow in the future.

i was really anxious because i had to plan my trip to the Uk to clean out my uni flat and arrange storage and moving in a day. Kelly and Dion made the process easy explaining everything etc

Dion was able to give us all the information needed in a clear and friendly manner. He showed us round the site and didn’t rush us into making a decision.

Really quick and easy process. Lara was fantastic. I needed this at short notice and everything was provided with zero stress. Great service

Initial enquiry was handled really well - it was followed up by a call from a really polite employee. I then needed to change the move in data quite close to the time and the employee handled this really well and did this quickly for me. The move into the storage space was a great experience. Dion was really lovely to chat to and was incredibly helpful with everything.

There were problems with the signings but the rest is splendid

The overall process over the phone and on line was exemplary. Very easy and very pleased

the people are lovely and very helpful.

The team was very helpful, I had chosen a larger room than I needed and they helped me and I ended up getting a smaller room with half of the price of the room I had chosen. (Dion and Rosie)

Great staff, friendly and answered any questions I had. Would highly recommend.
