Layla contacted me several times to make the arrangements as simple and easy as possible. On arrival Kelly went through the process explaining each step. the whole process was straight forward and stress free.
During the stressful experience of a house move for my elderly parents during the pandemic, Layla and Dion at Big Yellow in Guildford made the whole process of arranging storage incredibly easy. They were efficient and helpful and came back immediately with answers to questions. I felt quite reassured that this stage of the move would be stress free and it was.
Yes very good thanks Dion and his team done a great job
Kelly-Ann was just brilliant. She took one look at our things and immediately recommended a more suitable sized room. She couldn't do enough for us. A thoroughly easy experience. I would highly recommend Big Yellow. It really was so easy.
Very easy
Overall the engagements with the team were good. Spoke to Kelly before moving in and on the day and she was great - polite and helpful.
Hi, I have dealt with all the team at to unit and they have all be great. Polite, friendly, efficient.
Friendly team, Dion and Layla I dealt with, made me very welcome and made it a simple procedure and took time to explain all about codes for alarms and lifts etc
Initial enquiry was quick and easy Dion and leyla were exceptionally helpful and made everything really easy
I was looking online for storage and liked the easy to use website, with helpful illustrations, as I had no idea how much space I'd need. I received a quote, followed by a lovely phone call, from a very helpful and reassuring man, which made my mind up. As an added bonus, I then received a special offer of half price storage fees for the first 4 weeks. I love how flexible and helpful the staff and storage system is!
