Very easy and fast

My first point of contact was with Layla. I had lots of questions which she quickly and precisely answered.She obviously new her subject, probably been asked them a million times before but didn't make me feel stupid. Then I spoke to Dion and explained why I had not turned up on the day arranged. Her was very friendly and pleased I had called. We arranged the next day get-in. Again Layla was there and showed me the space and how the procedure to get in. I had a practice Da dah - perfect! Then my brother arrived with the bulk of storage and Kelly was just as friendly an welcomed him. We dropped off our stuff as easy as pie! We have met the whole team. So we know who we are dealing with in the future and shall look forward to it Nice and clean a very professional set-up.

It was quick and easy experience. I've received a call shortly after I filled the form online by someone called Dion. He was so friendly and the feeling was like he did everything to help me rather than "selling" something. I wasn't sure what size would have been enough for us but Dion said not to worry, we can sort that out and decide about the size when I get there. My experience on site was also great. Another lovely and friendly member of staff called Layla who helped me for registration then she took me up to show the space. It's also great that when I was at Big Yellow, Dion remembered my name and wanted to shake my hand. Really friendly & helpful staff, great experience. We were also offered if we want any drink. These can be small things but make huge difference as we all would like to feel welcomed when we do business. Top customer service! I rarely leave comments and rarely mention name of the staff but my experience was amazing and I felt like those people should get recognition for their excellent customer service!
