Layla was hugely helpful for my initial enquiry, explaining options of size and access. On arrival she and Dion made me coffee and helped me through the registration process. Both were professional, courtious and informative.

Initial cobtact was handled very well. Layla was friendly and helpfull, giving me all of the information that i needed swiftly. Follow up calls to check on the status of my move and adjusting my check in date were much appeciated. I would happily deal with Layla again

Both Dion initially and then the very lovely Alana, combine a great service with self awareness and charm - well done. The service is straight forward, but it’s the front facing staff that make it - for that I’d reccomend highly. Well done on your customer service training.
