Due to unforeseen circumstance I had to move out of my student house asap and needed a place to store my items. MY experience with Dione (and later Layla on checkout) was made very pleasant and and all in all made the whole day enjoyable despite moving out. He was very helpful on the process and went above and beyond in trying to get me the best deal to suit my needs. He completely understood my needs and most of all the urgency in the situation and helped make the process very quick. I would definitely recommend to other student and if moving in future rather than moving things home and then to the new house I will definitely use storage again.

They called me and I could ask any questions and they gave suggestions and help for the moving in process.

My initial enquiry was an online quote, followed by a courtesy call from the store. The member of staff was extremely helpful and polite. I was particularly impressed that they asked me when I would like them to call again, I said in two weeks time and they did just that. I was not pestered or chased for a decision, unlike other storage companies.
