Naz at Slyfield (Guildford) dealt wit my original enquiry. Very helpful, but she had no 125 sq ft units left when I got back, so she arranged for me to be contacted by colleagues (Dion & Kelly) at Guildford Central - both were extremely helpful and quotes were transferred.
Very efficient
Kelly went out of her way to ensure we got the right unit at the right price. Her advice on insurance was great too.
Very friendly and helpful email exchanges, and then the same when dealing face to face.
I was given space for charity storage. Everyone involved with the process was extremely helpful, particularly Layla in the central Guildford branch. I initially got in touch because I saw Big Yellow's push for carbon neutrality, which everyone business should be striving for as quickly as possible, and as a result will definitely recommend.
The team in Guildford central were very friendly and helped me in moving my products. They were very patient and approachable. I would like to thank Layla and Dion for helping me.
Layla and Dion were most helpful.
Initial enquiry was made on line and followed by by Dion the store manager. He was very easy to deal with and answered my questions
Thanks to Dion & Layla, Much appreciated.
Very easy to set up despite me having difficult circumstances (had to set up storage without being physically in Guildford) but all went smoothly
