The recption staff were very helpful, explained everything, etc. The one slight negative is that access isn't possible in the evening, even 9.00pm, would be helpful as I work and weekends aren't always free, but hey ho.

I was looked after very well from the first visit. The staff feel like friends helping me out. Very satisfied I chose the right storage place.

All round brilliant service. Good informative first phone, then shortly after, I went to the Guildford Slyfield location and met Alex in person. He and his colleague (I didn’t get his name, sorry) were so kind, scalm and professional. A very positive experience.

Erin was very lovely and efficient. She was very helpful in helping me work out the correct size of storage unit, and in answering all my rather novice questions!
