Initial quote was online, followed by a call from the store. Everything was clearly explained throughout the whole process.

Very easy and straight forward online quoting, reservation, booking and check in process.

We had had quotes from various storage companies, and although the online price at Big Yellow was not the cheapest, the gentleman I spoke to was able to give a better quote whilst on the phone to me, unlike one of their competitors who took over an hour to come back to me with what would have been the best quote, despite being the most expensive initially. However this other company lost my business because they could not offer this special price whilst on the phone to me, unlike Big Yellow The whole process was very straightforward

Brilliant service from the moment I entered my enquiry online & Naz phoned me to assist with the room size & location. I then had a call from Alex the next day to talk me through the process to attend & sign the paperwork When I arrived Ian looked after me & was very professional in explaining the entry & exit procedure & walking me through the storage & my room. He was really helpful but so was the female staff member ( cant remember her name but she has been there 7 years & managed to sort out a stubborn combination padlock! ) Outstanding customer service team....thoroughly impressed.
