I have to say that from my initial enquiry, i received very good and prompt communication and information. The lady who i dealt with was called Erin at Sylfield outlet.
Explained everything in a clear and friendly manner over a complimentary coffee. Then a tour of the facility with clear H&S advice.

The overall experience was first class. The 2 members of staff I dealt with, Alex Lang and Ian Reilly were helpful, polite, and very professional. Two total assets to your company. I was a bit annoyed with my delivery service (Not Big Yellow) and was offered tea/coffee. Ian was absolutely great
