Brilliant service from the moment I entered my enquiry online & Naz phoned me to assist with the room size & location. I then had a call from Alex the next day to talk me through the process to attend & sign the paperwork When I arrived Ian looked after me & was very professional in explaining the entry & exit procedure & walking me through the storage & my room. He was really helpful but so was the female staff member ( cant remember her name but she has been there 7 years & managed to sort out a stubborn combination padlock! ) Outstanding customer service team....thoroughly impressed.
