I was very happy with the customer service and the organization in general.

I received very helpful, efficient and friendly assistance from Jonny and also some help from Ian last Sunday when I checked in at Big Yellow's Guildford unit. We have visited 3 other storage facility companies since May. Our overall impression is that Big Yellow provide the most well organised and pleasant units which are clean and well lit. The pricing is also very competitive. We've bought a 25sq ft. unit and I've also bought some of the archive boxes.

Fantastic service from the initial contact to gaining access to the storage space. Very good location, easily accessible and very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Hannah at Guildford branch was incredibly helpful, led me through the process quickly and easily, making me feel comfortable and and home at the same time. The branch itself is very clean and well maintained. I left confident that my belongings were in safe hands. Thanks hannah!

From the very start dealing with Hannah who was very helpful and priced competitively. Ian in the store could not be more helpful nothing was too much trouble always trying to get me the best deal.
