Simple, quick and friendly service and good clean modern easily accessible storage facility

The staff were extremely helpful and most informative on use of the storage and trolleys, showing us different store sizes, explaining the contract and insurance needs, and how security is maintained. We were impressed by the cleanliness everywhere, and even the calming piped music!

Hannah who checked us in made it an easy experience. Showed us how everything worked and how to keep our belongings secure. She also kindly added on after hour access for us which we later realised we actually did need.

The guys in store were very helpful, it was a quick and easy service and I would happily recommend to friends and family in the future.

Friendly, helpful service that meets all my needs and is easy to use. I initially spoke to Johnny who put me at ease and onsite I dealt with Hannah who is very efficient and helpful.
