The two managers Tom and Nick were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to complete the entire checking in process including signing contract without any stress. I was pleasantlying surprised by the cleanliness and efficiency of the service I received.

The Guildford office in being so nice on the phone, making arrangements and being so proactive in order to enable me to check in at the Bow office and Mo in the Bow office for being so friendly and helpful when I went there to sign up.
