Our experience was really great. We happened to be very stressed out and in desperate need of space and Big Yellow Guildford lifted a huge weight of our shoulders!

Very happy, considering how cranky I was that the UK requires all the extraneous forms of ID, but the gentleman who helped us was very helpful, very cheerful, and very clear on making sure I understood all of the details of the storage and move in. The emails beforehand (saying how to do the online check in, and to confirm that I could move up/down in space if needed) were prompt and very helpful. I will definitely be sure to recommend this place to others just based on my experience. I liked that it was clean and felt very safe and secure.

We found it a difficult decision to choose between the competitors across the road and this store, and the two things despite the"other store" stating that they would give us the same price of Big Yellow was the staff and the extra security. Everyone we met had a positive attitude and were helpful. I felt that they genuinely cared about their customers.It would be good to have more access to the storage. We are moving and renting our house, and sometimes when we woke up early and it would have been great if we could have delivered a load of boxes before rush hour or later in the evening when the roads were not so busy. It has been an overall excellent experience with Big yellow.

The storage was booked on line very easy to understand and follow. Arrived to be met by extremely helpful polite staff.

This is the first time I have used a storage facility, so the prospect was rather daunting, but the helpful staff and the professional environment made everything run smoothly. I would definitely recommend to a friend or work colleague.
