I have used one other storage place before and Big Yellow Safe storage is clean secure and convenient. Having one`s own key and able to turn up unannounced is a huge benefit

The staff in Guildford Big Yellow are great. Extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. My only gripe is the opening hours - could do with it being open past 6pm but I guess you can't have everything...

Dropped in on the fly and was really surprised at the comprehensive availablity of storage solutions. Ended up signing there and then. Would reccomend.

It's great for people who do not have much storage space available. The service is very easy to use and you can have access to your storage roomany time you want , within their working hours of course. I would definetely use the service again in the future & strongly recommend it to others. Good value for money too.

Although we only needed a small space we were made to feel like special customers and given excellent service. The centre was very well kept and the staff were polite and friendly. A pleasure to do business with such a professional company.

I've never used storage before, but visiting the Guildford store on Saturday morning, we were dealt with by Ian, who was very helpful and friendly and made it all seem so easy. He answered all our questions and understood our needs well. It was a good experience for us. We need the space for 2 months to store stuff for a charity 'Give Away' to international students, so there's no way to know how much space we will need eventually, so needed the storage to be flexible enough to add as we get nearer to the event. That proved to be no problem at all and we are very happy with the service offered. I was also concerned that providing our details would mean we were inundated with SPAM mail and material we did not want. Ian was able to reassure me that this would not happen and I was happy about this.
